Chef Geralyn graduated from Delaware Technical & Community College's Culinary Arts Program. She currently sits on the Advisory Board for the Culinary Arts Program. She has worked at MBNA's Corporate Bakery, the Christiana Hilton and was owner and Pastry Chef at the former Engine Company 3 restaurant. She was a Special Occasion Cake and Pastry contractor for Arsenal on the Green in Old New Castle. Chef Geralyn is now independent, dedicating more time to her individual clients. Chef Geralyn prides herself on being one on one with her clients. She custom designs products to make your occasion exactly what you want.
